The right building for each patient

LegacyAI checks the patient's needs against each building's MTS2 clinical capabilities and scores every facility on the referral.

High when the building offers every need. Low when it is missing one the patient cannot do without, such as isolation.

Clinical and financial alerts, before admission

LegacyAI reads every referral for clinical risks and checks coverage for financial ones. Red alerts are clinical, orange alerts are financial. Each one says why and where it was found.

It watches for 22 clinical and 7 financial alert types.

Coverage verified, authorizations tracked

Coverage is verified with NGS Connex and Availity as the referral arrives, and the answer is on the patient's Financial tab. Authorizations started on Availity show on the patient's page and are checked again automatically.
